The Counterpart Model & Proven Execution

The Engine of Bankability

Frontier science provides the breakthrough. EPC partners engineer the physical reality. Institutional capital provides the scale.

However, breakthrough technology does not automatically translate into a bankable asset.

TerraCause serves as the strategic counterpart that unites these forces. We are not hands-off advisors or traditional consultants, nor do we replace the technical experts. Instead, we serve as the Bankability Architect—the strategic lead that navigates the complex regulatory, land, and financial gauntlet to move frontier science from concept to a bankable industrial asset.

We orchestrate the commercial architecture so the engineers can build, and the investors can fund.

FOAK Regulatory Strategy

Secured the first onshore carbon storage exploration permit in Spain (Green Pulse).

Strategic Land Origination

Structured complex Ejido land acquisitions in Mexico by bridging agrarian law with institutional project finance standards to unlock stranded land.

Orchestrated Mandates

Led a €40M+ Horizon Europe consortium of 14 industry partners for a carbon-neutral storage hub, building a unified, grant-ready execution vehicle.

 Commercial Pipeline

Flagship CCUS Hub (Green Pulse)

Launched from 0–1 and advanced through early commercial development, GreenPulse structured a first-of-a-kind Mediterranean CCUS hub around storage capacity, industrial CO₂ sources, renewable power, hydrogen/e-fuels, offtake logic, and hub-level commercial agreements.

Following permit validation and commercial positioning, the project was handed off to the acquiring team for continued development.

Integrated Renewables

Conducted acquisition diligence and regulatory audit work for institutional renewable energy investors in Mexico, including review of a proposed $250M solar PV development asset acquisition and broader diligence across approximately $500M in legado / auto-abasto project structures.

Clean Transport & Electrification

Designing scalable commercial and infrastructure models for heavy-duty EV charging networks across logistics and freight transport corridors.

Advanced Carbon Removal

Evaluating biochar and carbon-removal opportunities through feedstock access, technology selection, offtake potential, project economics, and durable carbon-credit revenue pathways.
